NJ: Location of Retro parks

Although the difference is commonly emphasized, the locations of cookie cutters and retro parks are usually not so different. The cookie cutters are generally thought to have been in the middle of parking lots and the retro parks as parts of vibrant urban rebirths. Yet consider this: The new parks in Atlanta, St. Louis, Cincinnati and Philadelphia were all built on roughly the exact site as the old park. And PNC Park is just across the river from Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh. The difference, contrary to popular belief, is not the location. It's the view.
